II. Rights of users and data subjects
You have the following rights in connection with the processing of your data:
- Information & Confirmation: Whether data is being processed and which data (Art. 15 GDPR).
- Rectification & Completion: Rectification of inaccurate or incomplete data (Art. 16 GDPR).
- Erasure & Restriction: Immediate erasure or restriction of processing, to the extent permitted by law (Art. 17, 18 GDPR).
- Data portability: Release of your provided data and transfer to other controllers (Art. 20 GDPR).
- Right to lodge a complaint: Complaint to the competent supervisory authority if you suspect violations of data protection law (Art. 77 GDPR).
- Right to object: Objection to processing pursuant to Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR, in particular to direct marketing (Art. 21 GDPR).
The provider must also inform recipients of corrections, deletions, or restrictions, unless this is impossible or involves disproportionate effort.
III. Information on data processing
We delete or block data collected via our website as soon as the purpose for storing it no longer applies, there are no legal retention obligations, and nothing else is specified.
